For its efforts and
hard work, the "Lachy" ensemble has received numerous
prizes and recognitions:

- "The Gold Alpenstock" at
the International Mountain Regions Folklore Festival
in the years: 1965, 1970, 1989
- The medal for the Millennium of the Polish State
- The First Prize awarded by the Minister of Culture
and Arts
- "Grand Prix" at the International Folklore
Meeting in Żywiec, Poland, in the year
- twice the gold prize of "The Contributor to the
development of the Nowy Sącz Region"
- the gold prize "In the service for the Cracow
Region"

The Youth group has also received various awards:
-1st place in the year 2001,
at the Second International Youth Ensembles Festival in
Radzionków, Poland
-1st place in the year 2002, at the National Youth Culture
Festival in Kołobrzeg, Poland |
